The curly ash dresser

The curly ash dresser
This is certainly one of my favourite pieces.  The ash came from a friend's farm near Wellesley, and I have never come across ash with such a beautiful curly figure.

A textbook example of traditional case construction.  Note the book matched sides and top, all from a pair of sequentially cut boards, and the way the grain flows across the drawer fronts.  A fully finished frame and panel back means it can stand alone.
